The feudal pyramid represents the structure of people in Medieval Times, where the rich and powerful were at the top and the poor peasants with little were at the bottom ... notice like the Food pyramid and our Food Pyramid game there are more "players" at the bottom (i.e. peasants or serfs) and one or two at the top (i.e. king, queen or wealthy baron or Knight)...
Hygiene
The Health of the Medieval people of the Middle Ages was threatened by the poor hygiene of the period and the lack of basic medical knowledge. The underlying cause of many of the Middle Ages Health problems and illnesses was due to the lack of sanitation, especially in large towns or cities such as London.
