Annalise Clarkson said a study conducted in Brantford several years ago pinpointed the number of homeless at about 300, but there are likely many more. Studies also indicate there is a large percentage of aboriginal people experiencing homelessness. Other groups with higher numbers of homeless include youth, the LGBTQ community and recent immigrants.
